At the PGA Greg Norman Medal awards held in Brisbane in December, APDR PGA Instructor Jamie McCallum won the Australian PGA Professional of the Year award for Game Development.
Jamie was entered into the national awards as the representative for Victoria, against the leading nominees from each of the Australian states.
The award is one of only four national categories presented each year, including PGA Coach Elite performance, PGA Facility Manager and PGA Club Professional of the year. It is a fantastic recognition for the most recent and many years of junior coaching that Jamie has put in managing one of the largest junior programs in Australia, and introducing thousands of kids to the game of golf.
